Install your eSIM with SimWallet
Install your SimWallet eSIM once on your device and you're ready to use data bundles in the Netherlands and more than 140 countries. Installation only takes a few minutes and is best done at home using Wi-Fi. Below, we explain step by step how it works.

How to install your eSIM
You add your eSIM through the SimWallet app. During installation, you can choose to install on the same device (for example, your smartphone) or on another device (such as a laptop, tablet, or tracker).
- If you're installing the eSIM on the same device, simply follow the Android or iOS instructions to complete the installation.
- If you're installing the eSIM on another device, you'll receive a QR code or manual activation code, which you can use to install the eSIM on your chosen device.
Installation on iPhone
- Go to settings
- Select mobile data
- Tap add eSIM
- Follow the instructions in the SimWallet app
Installation on Android
- Go to settings
- Select network & internet
- Tap SIMs or mobile network
- Add an eSIM
- Follow the instructions in the SimWallet app
Good to know:
Having trouble installing your eSIM? Check that your Wi-Fi connection is stable and try again.
Seeing an error message? Fully close the app and restart it. If the message persists, please contact our customer support.
Already scanned the QR code? An eSIM can only be installed once. If it doesn't work, we're happy to help.
